The book shifts focus from the main characters of the rest of the series, giving the reader a much better understanding of how they evolve. I liked how some real and relatable mental health issues are very elegantly tackled. Looking forward to a new book in the series!

A much lighter read compared to the first 3 books of the series, and this is exactly what I felt necessary. A feel good novella, similar to a holiday special. Different from the first three books, it sees the events from the perspective of more than just the main character.

A beautifully written 3rd book of the series that starts slower but builds up to a perfectly written final part. The characters, despite it being a fantasy book, are truly relatable. The final scenes are absolute cinema, for lack of a better word.

This one is my favorite of the entire series, from character building to location descriptions, everything is very well written. Finished it in less than 2 days and immediately started the 3rd one. Some of the lines in the book still linger in the back of my mind.

This was my first iteration in the romance-fantasy universe and it did not disappoint! I recommend taking your time with all the books in the series, despite the fact that they are true page turners. The way in which the author ends all the chapters on a cliffhanger, at least in the first book, just makes you start a new one immediately.
