Alexandru, Rebecca: - I am the daughter of Romanian immigrants and grew up in Southern California. After teaching elementary school in small town Colorado, starting a family in the wilds of Alaska, I'm back in sunny SoCal. My work has been featured in a magazine, the Spinning Pen, and, recently, contracted by More Productions to write a screenplay for an international production. Before I moved across the country, I used to hold Writing Parties for 15-20 pre-teens, teens, and adults, where I coached story structure and inspired with writing prompts. I still keep in contact with my writing buddies and cheer them on their projects!
