Editor Anne Sheasby spent several years working as a home economist within the food industry in a variety of roles before embarking on a freelance career as a food writer. She is the author of several cookbooks, covering a wide variety of subjects, and has been a consultant editor on many more. She has also written for national magazines, including Vegetarian Living and Zest, regularly works for a number of leading companies within the food industry and is a member of the prestigious Guild of Food Writers.
