Latz, Celia: - Celia Latz lived in Venice, Italy, for thirty-five years where she started a hand-painted textile and fashion business. After returning to the United States, she earned a BA in Arts and Letters from Portland State University (Portland, Oregon) and received The Art History Book Award. The author's published works include: a book of poetry, Taking Time; The George Floyd Alphabet Book; and short stories released in two volumes of So it Goes: A Literary Journal of The Kurt Vonnegut Museum and Library. Latz lives with her Hoosier husband in their native Indiana where they fly the flag of the Serenissima over their lake-her grand canal in Indiana.
