This is my personal story regarding the events of August 12, 2017, at the Unite the Right rally. It describes my progression from a middle aged, middle class father with a well-paying job to a member of "The Dissident Right" and how it led me to become a participant on that fateful day. This book neither engages in racial or religious animus. It is simply my story - before, during, and after the protest at Charlottesville.
