Anyone who has dealt with young kids will say that sometimes a quick break is the difference between sanity and a total mental breakdown. The problem with young kids is that they are nearly incapable of understanding that sometimes adults just need some room to breathe. A child's activity book is the solution to this problem. Whenever a child is becoming too much to handle, just whip out an activity book and let them entertain themselves for a few minutes.
