Miller, Matthew: - Matthew E. Miller is a Senior Historian at the United States Special Operations Command and is responsible for managing the battlefield historical collection. He has over thirty years of active and reserve service in the United States military and holds degrees from the University of California San Diego, the London School of Economics and a Ph.D. in History from the University of New South Wales, Canberra at the Australian Defence Force Academy.
