Anti-Blackness affects you even if you're not Black, just like how patriarchy affects you even if you're not a woman. People of all races benefit from this knowledge; even if you have a little melanin, you can benefit a lot.

Black Meditation is intended to help the reader find ways to help themselves. Each chapter of Black Meditation will assist you in building self-determination, setting an intention toward healing, and being more fully present in your mind, body, and spirit.
