Stephanie Simmons: Managing Partner of Profitability Works Inc., brings over 25 years of experience in commercial construction, with a background spanning frontline sales, general management, and leading organizational transformations; from small contractors to global, publicly traded construction companies. Her expertise lies in sales strategy, change management, integrating new mergers and acquisitions, and organizational communication.
