Este un ghid esential pentru acordarea primului ajutor in natura, in lipsa accesului la servicii medicale. Mi-a placut pentru ca ofera solutii clare si realiste pentru tratarea ranilor, fracturilor, muscaturilor si altor urgente, folosind resurse limitate. Este bine organizat, usor de inteles si foarte util in drumetii, tabere sau situatii de supravietuire. M-a facut sa constientizez cat de important e sa fii pregatit, chiar si cand esti departe de civilizatie.
