What do you need to know about Judd Jesup?

When we meet Judd Jesup, he's a New Orleans musician who works part time in a small thrift store (not a junk shop, its owner would tell you) in the Bywater neighborhood. Like many before him, he has come to New Orleans to start a new life. He and his best friend, food-blog writer Neveah Andreasen, are having lunch one day when a mysterious woman on a bicycle rides into his life. Things begin to change.

Throw in a group of odd thrift store characters, a surprise kidnapping, a violent shoot-out at a local hospital, and more music than Sweet Emma Barrett could shake a tail feather to, and you've got a story you won't soon forget.
