Book updated October 2020. The Drinking Water Operator Certification Program DWOCP was originally under the Department of Health Services and then the California Department of Public Health. Now it is administered by the State Water Resources Control Board SWRCB in the Division of Financial Assistance. The water treatment track has multiple exam grades. The questions provided in this product focus on the Water Treatment Processes of Rapid Mixing, Coagulation and Flocculation, Water Fluoridation, Sedimentation, Filtration, and Disinfection.
