Cecil, who lives along with his best friend Red the Fox on his dune by the ocean, considers himself just another sea oat. And then the day comes when he must prove himself to be much more. It is the day when he finds himself to be the last surviving sea oat on his dune when a hurricane arrives. Now, it is up to Cecil to do the impossible and hold the dune together, and save his friend, in the face of terrible odds.
