Dr. Dwight Rogers is an award-winning equity leader, educator, and speaker with over three decades of experience in public education. Raised in Brooklyn, New York, and now serving as a district director in California, Dr. Rogers brings lived experience and professional expertise to every page. His work centers on transforming educational spaces for marginalized students, particularly Black youth. As the 2025 ACSA Administrator of the Year and President-Elect of ACSA Region 7, his insights are both personal and deeply rooted in leadership practice.
