Are metoda inclusa si explicata, poate fi utilizata pt self-therapy sau in lucrul cu altii, daca esti terapeut/coach. Metoda este powerful, similara cumva cu terapia primei cauze. Inclusiv pentru cei exprimentati in lucrul cu oamenii poate fi utila ca structura si impact pozitiv.

Recomand! Foarte faină cartea, merită citită mai ales dacă te afli în zona vindecării, autocunoașterii, reîntregirii sau dacă pur și simplu vrei să întelegi ce îi determină pe oameni să acționeze în anumite feluri care la prima vedere par să nu aibă niciun sens, dar totul are o logică și un sens foarte bine definit în adâncurile fiecărei ființe, trebuie doar decodificat. Impresionantă și autoarea.
