Along our expedition read about the 'Journey through the History of Irish Food' providing you with an insight into what shaped our traditional fares.

W will also discover how in recent years we have twisted and moulded our old traditions; creating and modernising them, while keeping some of our true Irish heritage.

You will also learn of my own voyage into food and how I now proudly own The Shack Restaurant, which has since opening almost 20 years ago, served over one million guests from around the world.
