She has served as Coordinator for Continuing Education for the Franciscan Institute of St. Bonaventure University, as a member of the Executive Council for her Franciscan Congregation, and on the National Board of the Franciscan Federation. She holds an MA in Religious Education from Loyola University, Chicago; a Master's in Franciscan Studies from the Franciscan Institute, St. Bonaventure University; and a Doctor of Ministry from the Graduate Theological Foundation, South Bend, Indiana. Her doctoral course work was completed at the Gregorian University in Rome (2004) at the Institute for the Study of Religions and Cultures.
