Hise, Suzie: - Suzie Hise is a leadership development and change management consultant with over 30 years of experience in operations, strategic planning, and leadership training. Drawing on her extensive background in corporate, healthcare, education, governance, and public sectors, she provides targeted executive coaching and training to individuals, teams, and organizations to help them navigate through times of profound change. Suzie brings national and international expertise on performance analytics to support development of programs based on empowering leaders and their teams to unlock their own potential for growth. Her career history of creating opportunities in the face of adversity enables her to teach and mentor from a place of compassion and empathy. She has served as an executive coach for physicians at Nicklaus Children's Health System and a leadership coach at Miami Children's Health Foundation. Suzie's previous roles include Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development for Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust, Director of Service and Training for Kelly Services, Inc., and executive coach for senior executives and lead scientists at Andrx Pharmaceuticals and Biotest Pharmaceuticals.
