Dr. Robin McCarter's book details chapter by chapter Christian living with an emphasis on women living the words of The Bible. The Book of James reminds Christians to be "doers of the word, not just hearers only."

She states, "I wrote this book as I studied the Book of James in my own Christian life. I was able to input various life situations that, as a woman, I needed to evaluate and adjust in my own life. When the book was finished, I had learned so much that I was excited to share what the Word had to say in regard to how we should live as Christians. This eight-week study guide will teach women how to grow closer to God, leaning on Him for our needs, and how to submit our lives totally to God.

Dr. Robin McCarter is a Doctor of Ministry and a college professor in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She also runs a non-profit ministry assisting women. Her focus is on equipping Christian women to disciple women in crisis. This is her first book.
