Bridget Quebodeaux, MFA, MA, GCFP, LMFT is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in West Los Angeles. Before returning to graduate school and earning a degree in psychology, Bridget received a MFA in Acting from California Institute of the Arts. She has been a certified practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method(R) of somatic education for over 20 years and has created 2 Awareness Through Movement(R) audio programs: Posture with a Purpose and Anatomy of Attunement. She contributed to the Feldenkrais Method chapter in Z. Altug's book "Integrative Healing." Bridget has completed core training in Dynamic Emotion Focused Therapy (DEFT). She is on the faculty of the DEFT institute and is the DEFT Training Program Coordinator. She has completed Core Skills Training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples), training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for the treatment of trauma and Level II training in Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT).
