She has also spoken at Christian marriage conferences, women's conferences, and to general audiences on the topics of health, marriage relationships, family relationships, and encouragement for women. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Therapists and is ordained to minister the gospel. She has a Master's in Social Work and a Doctorate in Nouthetic Counseling.
