Nyx was born from the kudos, creation's vortex, and all the mysteries of existence were enclosed in her, while she was contained in her, bearing all the mysteries of life on the 'starry shroud. Nyx isn't darkness; however, darkness embraces the world, the Night, which can make things and erase them. She is the mother of the Night's children. Another group constitutes Hypnos, Thanatos, the avenger Nemesis, and the spinning Fates, the Moirai.
