Poppoon, Stephen James: - Stephen James Poppoon is a graduate of Wittenberg University and Syracuse University College of Law. A longtime soccer player and fan, he has been an active proponent of the sport as great exercise for children and adults. He resides in San Antonio, Texas, where he finances and develops multifamily properties.
