TOM ALIBRANDI BIOGRAPHY Tom Alibrandi has written about the US Constitution, human rights, mental health, and family issues surrounding substance abuse. He has also published poetry. Three of his books have been adapted into film. Alibrandi earned a doctorate in International and Multicultural Education from the University of San Francisco and has served as a Professor, Director, and Dean of various universities. He was also an award-winning talk show host. It was while he was on the air in Boise, Idaho that he met Bill Wassmuth, the Reverend Richard Butler, and other characters in his book, Hate Is My Neighbor. He has lived overseas for the past eleven years with his wife and two daughters.
