Zamudio, Diana: - Diana Zamudio is a childhood trauma survivor, mother of four, and former interiordesigner who has dedicated her life to emotional healing and personal transformation.After being raised in a dysfunctional home where appearances were valued overemotional well-being, Diana spent decades navigating the challenges of clinicaldepression, emotional repression, and the hidden impact of unresolved trauma.Through her own courageous journey-marked by years of deep emotional work, mentorship, and healing-Diana discovered the power of reconnecting with her authenticself. With compassion and persistence, she learned how to feel long-buried emotions, release patterns that no longer served her, and ultimately wean off long-termantidepressant use. Her healing journey taught her that true freedom lies in feeling, processing, and honoring our emotional truth.Since 2011, Diana has worked closely with grief counselor and mentor Dr. PatrickArbore, deepening her understanding of the complex dynamics born from childhoodtrauma.
