O carte super faina care explica atacurile de panica, anxietatea, depresia si altele asemanatoare. Intelegi ceea ce ti se intampla si accepti ca desi senzatiile sunt neplacute, ele nu sunt periculoase. Mai mult, ofera solutii simple dar eficiente care te ajuta sa iesi din aceste stari neplacute si sa iti recapeti viata de dinainte. Face - Accept - Float - Let time pass.
