Weber, Phil: - PHIL WEBER is an expert on the subject of player and personal development. In college, Phil was a point guard on Jim Valvano's Cardiac Pack at North Carolina State University. After college Phil landed coaching positions at the University of Florida, Chaminade University, and Iona University. But it is in the NBA that Phil has had the most impact by combining his basketball knowledge and philosophical approach to the physical and mental development of basketball players.
