Nu este pentru mine.
Am luat-o bazandu-ma pe o recomandare online.
Personal nu am ce face cu Mindfulness, de fapt si cand aud termenul ma gandesc la oamenii care sunt mai fragili decat o floricica si sunt raniti de cuvinte.
Prefer Alain de Botton ca autor pentru cartile de dezvoltare personala.
Poate altora le place insa :)
