						Insights on Domestic Stakeholders and Climate Action: Issues, Social Forces, and Dynamics of Compliance with the UNFCCC in a Developing Country
This international relations text focuses on the key stakeholders driving climate action in Nigeria i.e. Non-Governmental Organisations, the Public Sector and the Private Sector. The eleven chapters analyse the nuances of climate change and climate action by these stakeholders in response to the provisions of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). An expos� of these critical social forces transforming the country's carbon footprint is provided. The book also explores the binary pull between developed and developing countries and its impact on domestic climate action in general. In conclusion, creative policy initiatives that will transform the course of climate governance are proferred towards positive scenarios for adaptation and mitigation in the future.
