Originally from Brosna, Co.Kerry he now lives in Crusheen, Co.Clare. He remains Ireland's greatest living seancha� and tours constantly, not only in Ireland but in the USA and Europe, bringing Irish traditional tales to as wide an audience as possible. A celebrated author of many books, he is also a lecturer and collector of ancient Irish tales, myths and legends.
