Her food is authentic and simple, and carries on the legacy of her mother and grandmother. Silvia has authored six books, is a regular contributor to delicious. magazine, and has co-created, co-produced and hosted five television shows - Silvia's Italian Masterclass (Network 10); Cook Like an Italian, Wok vs Pot and Made in Italy (SBS); and Silvia's Italian Table (ABC). When not in the kitchen, Silvia enjoys returning to her first love, performing on stage and screen.
