This is the 5th edition of this book that was started online in the days of dial-up in Yahoo Groups Coconut Oil. The current input / comprehensive part of the book is about 160 pages long and ends with that many page of discussions . The current input with references is up to date as of 11/29/17. Every update is virtually a new book, as this antiaging and healing technology is growing quickly. The newest part includes the incredible plant information shown on the back cover, but there is plenty more. There is a lack of dialog between the mainstream and alternative health factions and the point of this book is to bring out the best of both that can be used by those interested.
