Tehnicile sunt descrise detaliat fiind însoțite de imagini foarte clare și frumos colorate. Procedeele de lovire cu piciorul din saritura sunt impresionante, unele dintre ele fiind de un grad ridicat de dificultate, deci chiar și un sportiv avansat nu va răsfoi cartea plictisit. Poate pregătirea fizică nu este prea mult descrisa dar exista un capitol bine pus la punct despre stretching.
