Let go, release the pain of your past so you can become all that God created you to be. Holding on is painful, while letting go seems scary. You may have created a safe space of emotional turmoil and baggage. It allowed you to build walls of protection to keep people at bay. However, the very walls you've created to keep others out have become the prison that keeps holding you back. No deep connections can form, and no new life is able to flow continually. That is all going to start changing for you as you understand you hold power to let go. Let go of the pain, hurt, guilt and shame.

It will be a continual process. It won't happen overnight. As you make a conscious effort to lay aside the weight and loads that are too heavy, you'll be free to laugh, dream, and love again. The negative, painful loads were never designed for you to carry. Yet, there you've been year after year, relationship after relationship, job after job, still holding on to the pains from your past.

The pains from your past will haunt you if you don't allow them to propel you and transform you into something greater. If you dwell on the injustice and never move, never grow; you will wallow in who walked away, what was done or said, and you will never reach your destiny. As you release the bondage of your past, you'll see a bright future is ahead for you.
