At only 4 months old Liza was diagnosed with an aggressive form of infant leukemia. Her cancer diagnosis was only the beginning of a long treatment journey with many unexpected twists and turns. Despite the many challenges, Liza's family experienced the presence of God through the spiritual gifts shared by others. The healing of Liza's mind, body, and spirit was accomplished through the collaboration of all the hands involved in her care. Liza's family was inspired to share her story to convey a message of hope to children all over the world fighting unimaginable battles. God is within us and together we hold the power to sustain joy despite our circumstances.
