Or maybe we don't even desire freedom because we've become comfortable in it all. That used to be me... I had many vices including smoking weed, temporary "situationships", new age spirituality, and more that left me overcome by anxiety, depression and many other emotional wounds. However, nothing I did freed me from my own cycles of self destruction. God had to intervene. Jesus already did His part when He was crucified on His cross. Now it's our turn to pick up our crosses on a daily basis and do the same. It's just you versus you."
