Kar, Biswakanth: - Biswakanth Kar is presently teaching as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at Siksha O Anusandhan (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar, India. He obtained his B.Pharm (2005) from the Institute of Pharmacy and Technology, Salipur, and his M.Pharm (2010) and Ph.D. (2014) from the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He has over 13 years of experience in academics and research. His expertise is exploiting natural products with anti-cancer, anti-diabetic, and anti-inflammatory effects. He bagged more than 80 publications in internationally reputed journals. He has over 1,538 Google Scholar citations with an h-index and i-10 index of 20 and 38, respectively.
