The Meditations of Marcus Aurelius is a life-changing classic ... "The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts." "You have power over your mind - not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength." "When you arise in the morning, think of what a privilege it is to be alive, to think, to enjoy, to love ..."
