Decker, Carol: - Born and raised in a small New Jersey town, Carol Decker spent her adult life in Delaware. Upon retirement in 2000, she and her husband George moved to Micco, Florida. In addition to college, Carol earned a paralegal certificate from George Washington University Law School. Most of her career was spent working in law offices until she became employed by the State of Delaware where she was the legal services developer and then a quality control specialist and supervisor for the public benefits programs. Carol has done genealogical research since the early 1980s, serving several terms as registrar for the DAR in Delaware and Florida.
