Hewitt, Chris: - As an island boy, Chris was born in the beautiful Caribbean islands of Trinidad & Tobago. He came to know Jesus as his Lord and Saviour at the tender age of six, through the sacriflcial work of American missionaries. He served for many years in various ministries in his home church and then went on to study psychology and theology in Kingston, Jamaica and also in Maryland, USA. He worked for many years as a missionary in Brazil and in Barcelona, Spain, in the areas of evangelism, discipleship, counselling, pastoral work and worship ministries. He especially enjoys mentoring and coaching, and walking with people at different stages of their lives, to help them grow and thrive in their relationship with God and in their love for Him and devotion to His Word.While in Brazil, he met the love of his life, Nicola, who was born in Germany and was also serving as a missionary with the underprivileged in the slums of Northern Brazil. They have now been married for fifteen years and are the proud parents of two beautiful kids, Joshua and Katie.Chris and his family minister in Stuttgart, Germany, where they founded and presently lead an International Church called Cornerstone.
