Welcome back to Granny's place, home of some of the nicest critters you'll ever find scurrying around coastal South Georgia. Known for its enormous, Spanish moss-swathed Live Oak trees, miles of lush marshes, abundant wildlife and a gentler pace of living, South Georgia has settled into the frosty days of December and everyone agrees that this time of year is the best time for favorite adventures here at Frogmore Farm. A.L Hartmann (Amy) Hartmann began her love for writing as a young 6 year old child, when she wrote her first story, A Bear Ate My Food. Working as a consultant in the software industry as well as other nonprofits (including the C.A.S.A. Program) writing has been a career staple the past 40+ years. During her season of motherhood, creating and writing stories for her family became a passionate hobby. Many were inspired by her family's beloved Aunt Margie and the imaginary adventures Amy has created and shared at Granny's Place.
