Hannifin, Ann: - Ann Hannifin is a Charleston-based author and retired grandmother. Her first book was "It's My Yuk, Hello!" which detailed true stories told to her by Shawn, her granddaughter. Ann has a love of reading and is a reading mentor at her local elementary school. She encourages her grandchildren, and all children, to read and keep notes of what is important in their lives. It is from those notes, Ann and her granddaughter, Jaime Estok, penned "My Kitty Cat, Cash" together. Ann's favorite saying is, "If you have a book, you are never alone."
