I started my career as a maintenance fitter, and, over my 30+ year journey, I have held roles including CEO, Managing Director, Program Director, Program Manager, Bid Manager, Change Lead, Commercial Manager, General Manager, Business Improvement, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consultant, Software Development, Human Recourses (Training & Competency Management), Engineering Management and Strategic Supply Chain Management, Integrated Systems Management (IMS) Management, Commercial Dispute Management and Asset Management.

Industry experience across Private, Public, Government, Not for Profit (NFP/NGO) and Defence.

I was the lead convener of ISO55001:2024, the Technical Director for the World Partners in Asset Management (WPiAM), overseeing the Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA) exam and the Global Certification Scheme, and a contributor to the Global Forum of Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM)
