Multe informatii utile, dar cantitatile nu sunt in sistemul metric si trebuie mereu convertite. Multe retete interesante, dar uneori cu ingrediente greu de gasit. Mi-ar fi placut mai multe detalii despre tehnicile concrete de preparare si mai putin despre plante.
