As a Wall Street Journal Top 100 Agent, she has helped more than a thousand clients close on short-term-rental deals. Avery has personally invested in more than forty deals, including short-term rentals in three different markets as well as buy-and-hold single-family and multifamily properties. In her free time, Avery enjoys collecting vintage guitars, running marathons, and, most important, hanging out with her family. She splits her time between Destin, Florida, and the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee.
