Boumpani, Neil: - Since 1978, Neil Boumpani has been composing and arranging music for all types of musical ensembles, solo instruments and vocalists. Neil attended The College of New Jersey where he received his BA in Music Education and his MA in Music Composition. Neil earned a Ph.D. in Music Education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. During his college years, Neil studied with legendary arranger Frank Hunter, arranger for such greats as Nat King Cole, Robert Goulet and Coleman Hawkins.
