De (autor): Scott D. Rashid
The Amerian Kestrel has been in decline for many years, due to a loss of habitat and nesting sites, predation, disease, and pesticide use. Knowing this, we began building and placing nest boxes for these diminutive predators, in the hopes of increasing their numbers to a level that they had been before their decline. Within the pages of The American Kestrel, you will learn the natural history of this wonderful bird of prey, including their courtship, egg laying, the growth of thier young and what it takes to rehabilitate these wonderful birds of prey.
