With a career in investment management spanning over three decades, Norm brings insightful expertise shaped by his experiences as both a naval officer and a professional at a leading global investment firm. Norm was raised in Lancaster, Ohio, as the son of small business owners. An alumnus of the University of Notre Dame, he earned his bachelor's degree through a Naval ROTC scholarship. After spending three years as a naval officer, he began his investment career in 1994 at Merrill Lynch in St. Louis and earned his MBA in Finance at Washington University's Olin School of Business in St. Louis.
