The Birthday Tree is the story of a big Christmas tree and three small trees who help to celebrate birthdays. Blue, the main character, comes from the store in time for his boy's birthday. He meets Rose, Lavender, and Mr. Fir, who are all birthday trees just like him. Mr. Fir, however, is tall green tree with extra special purpose.
