The indigenous people, the colonization, the estancias, the sheep, the border problems between Argentina and Chile are some of the topics covered in this book, accompanied by a geological, botanical and cultural context. The history of Perito Moreno, the national parks and the development of Patagonia until today are other topics that invite us to think together about the future of Patagonia. The author was inspired to write this book by his experiences as a museum curator in Patagonia.
